Creating resilient work relations

Getting things done together generates a lot of energy. And in that 'together' often lies the challenge. 
Because 'I think differently than you. She has a different temperament than me. I approach things differently than he does.' And
 the list of differences can go on. 
 
A third space is a place for the exploration of these differences, an encounter in diversity; it's a place where you can rediscover each other, grow together, and develop resilient relationships. It's a place to build bridges. In this exploratory space, we particularly ponder the drivers of power and love. Everyone and every team has access to these drivers, but achieving the optimal combination of strength and connection often proves challenging. This can significantly hinder effective collaboration.
 
A third space, established by a collective of training and coaching professionals, aims to prevent teams from faltering. We create an environment in which teams and individuals learn to navigate their power and connect better.
